The team have been busy announcing LinkedIn’s annual Top Companies List for 2018, revealing which organisations Brits would most like to work for

You may have noticed that the LinkedIn team love a quick and simple data story.

This time we were supplied with LinkedIn’s Top Companies list, showcasing the most desirable companies in the UK that Brits want to work for.

Our remit was to rethink this business story for lifestyle consumer press.

In terms of the results, online fashion giant ASOS took the number one spot for the first time, with BBC coming in at a close second.

The rest of the list featured a number of organisations in the financial and professional service industries – such as McKinsey & Company, Accenture and HSBC – alongside well-known and loved brands in fashion (ASOS and Selfridges), social media (Facebook) and online retailing (Amazon).

What followed was a masterclass in media relations with our lifestyle press contacts – resulting in articles including Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Stylist, Grazia, The i, Hello! and Business Insider.

Cracking coverage altogether.
