Weโve been giving Londoners an endorphin boost in the gloomy January weather this week courtesy of the makers of plant-based energy, CLIF BARS.
Hot off the back of research showing that exercising with friends is set to not only be one of the biggest fitness trends for 2020, but is steadily replacing Friday drinks at the pub, the CLIF team brought both working out and socialising to life in Shoreditch (where else?).
Attendees could book spin sessions in the fitness area of the space, then relax afterwards with free mocktails, all inspired by different CLIF products. The event kept true to CLIFโs values throughout of helping sustain the planet and the people in it, with everything kept organic and recyclable throughout.
We worked with the delightful Laura Whitmore (in between her busy TV schedule of course), where she DJโd live music sets to get pedals spinning with absolute aplomb.
Of course, CLIF BARS were all on hand for an energy boost before and during the classes โ which sold out.
Media coverage has been flooding in from the likes of Evening Standard, Metro, Time Out, PA Media, Mail Online, The Mirror, Daily Star and Health & Wellbeing, as well as a host of London-based titles and social coverage before and during the event, reaching just shy of 1 million people.
A pretty epic time seeing the brand brought to life!
