We’re made-up to be able to welcome six new faces to the Hope&Glory board room table with our new appointments

We’ve expanded its client service board and have welcomed six new board directors to our top-tier management. We’re especially proud that these appointments include two new board members who originally started with the agency as interns.

To run down the changes …

Former-Good Relations Associate Director Aarti has been made a board director after she joined the agency nine months ago with 17 yearsโ€™ agency experience under her belt. She leads work across Sainsburyโ€™s, and the Edrington House of Suntory portfolio.

Jen joined Hope&Glory as an SAE in 2014 and has since worked across clients including Airbnb and Symingtonโ€™s, and now heads up work on Sainsburyโ€™s and The Macallan. She has run the agencyโ€™s American Express business for the past seven years and most recently led campaigns supporting the brandโ€™s partnership with Brighton & Hove Albion FC.

Dom was one of the first interns to join the business in 2013. She has since risen through the ranks to lead clients including IKEA, Virgin Media O2, Sony and Abbott Laboratories. She most recently led the agencyโ€™s award-winning IKEA campaign alongside Shelter.

And Flora becomes Board Strategy Director having originally started at Hope&Glory as an intern in 2013. She spent a spent a year in Westminster before re-joining the consumer agency in 2018. She has picked up a role leading the social, digital and influencer practice across the agency and has been responsible for recent campaigns with Le Creuset, Sainsburyโ€™s and Uber.

The four new board directors are joined by creative duo Jack Hutchinson and Amy Jones, who are made Board Creative Directors.

Amy has been with Hope&Glory for the past seven years and has worked on award-winning campaigns for Dacia, Sony and Sainsburyโ€™s. Jack joined the agency from Mischief in 2022 as a creative director and has now joined the board following success on agency clients including Polestar and Virgin Media O2.

Weโ€™ve always said there are as many places on our board as there are people with the talent and track record to join it.

We also believe that in the consumer brand sector as much as any other field, senior people bring the experience, insight and senior counsel that clients need to help grow their businesses through impactful communications.

With these appointments weโ€™ll be able to continue to deliver stand-out strategy and service to our clients while ensuring that weโ€™re a business that has the voice of creativity speaking loud and clear at the top table.
