We were super-pleased to find out this week that, alongside our wins for our work, we’ve also been named a great place to work by the PRCA.
Not that we’re strangers to such things having been awarded by PR Week, PRovoke and Campaign in recent times for our qualities as an employer.
But this time we’re winners of the PRCA Workplace Champions Awards across two categories.
We’ve won the award for Best Large Agency for our overall work across employee wellbeing and belonging which is a source of considerable pride across the business.
Meantime we’ve also been recognised for our work in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion – or belonging as we call it here at Hope&Glory.
We were also shortlisted for our people development has been noted as we were nominated for offering the best Training and Development – evidenced by the fact that, at 12 years young, almost half of our 90-strong team started with us as interns and that three former interns now sit on our board.
Finally we were also finalists for the somewhat more nebulous category of Positive Impact. We always hope to have a positive impact on our team – as well as clients and society as a whole.
