Belonging is a team sport and we’re proud to both support and receive support from a host of organisations to help get it right

We work with different organisations to help us to attract, retain and nurture diverse talent. We are proud supporters, partners to a host of organisations and proud to take advice, training and coaching from a great variety of others.

BME PR Pros

An organisation founded by comms veteran Elizabeth Bananuka to promote racial diversity in PR and comms, weโ€™ve taken part in its first ever  BME PR Pros conference, joining speaker panels to talk about menopause, fertility and parenthood. Members of our team have also joined the Xec, a first of its kind leadership scheme for UK-based Black, Asian, Mixed Race and Ethnic Minority (BME) PR and comms pros. We are also a proud sponsor of this yearโ€™s Pros Awards, a celebration of BME practitioners and creative work.

Black Comms Network

We provide membership for our black team members to attend, network and gain valuable support from like-minded black PR and communications professionals in the UK.

UAL’s Women+ of Colour in Leadership

Over the past three years, weโ€™ve supported the University of Arts London Women of Colour+ Leadership programme, which is designed to help students from underrepresented backgrounds on their creative journeys.

Weโ€™ve introduced PR to students who wouldnโ€™t otherwise be exposed to it by developing live briefs in partnership with our clients, supporting students with workshops and providing mentor support. This yearโ€™s programme enabled students to tackle a brief set by The Body Coach, with a final presentation hosted at Hope&Glory towers attended by Joe Wicks himself.

People Like Us:

People Like Us is an award-winning not-for-profit that celebrates and supports media, marketing, and communications professionals from Black, Asian, Mixed Race and minoritised ethnic backgrounds.  Weโ€™ve worked closely with founder Sheeraz Gulsher (a Hope&Glory alumini) to attend regular events showcasing creative work from BME PR and Comms practitioners, as well as providing mentoring and support. We also take part in its Pay Gap Reporting, which is published annually in PR Week.

D&AD Shift

D&AD Shift in partnerships with Google is an award-winning, free industry-led night school for self-taught creatives entering the advertising, design and creative industries from outside traditional education. We have supported their night school programme by providing mentoring and offering work experience and internship opportunities for attendees.

A New Direction

Weโ€™ve worked with A New Directionโ€™s STEP, a 12-month paid traineeship for young East Londoners to experience a local entry-level role in the creative, cultural or digital sectors. Weโ€™ve offered two twelve-month-long paid internships, providing exposure and support to young Londoners who would otherwise not consider a career in the creative industries.

Women in PR

Women in in PR is an independent networking organisation for mid-level and senior women working in the PR industry. The organisation aims to increase the number and diversity of women in positions of leadership in PR and communications, by advocating for women facing the most challenging barriers to progression, in particular those who are discriminated against due to their gender, race, sexual orientation disability or background.

We play active roles in the The WiPR and WiPR Junior Committees, hosting networking events and supporting its campaign work. Co-founder Jo Carr is the current serving WiPR President.

Neurodiversity Specialists

Around 1 in 7 individuals have a neurodivergent processing difference such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADD, ADHD and ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition). We work with Neurodiversity Specialists, offering awareness training as well as free Neurodiversity Screenings to anyone who believes they may have an undiagnosed neurodivergence using DO IT Profiler.

Creative Mentor Network

The Creative Mentor Network supports 16โ€“25-year-olds from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to help them develop their creative careers through mentoring, education, and opportunities. We have provided mentoring support as well as taking part in panel events and talks, designed to help level the playing field for creative individuals.

Common People

A community and network for creatives from a working-class background, we support Common People by providing advisory support for those that are hoping to break into the creative industries, hiring managers, leaders of creative organisations, careers advisors and educators, heads of industry bodies and charities, and people who have risen to the very top of the creative industries.

Pride in London

Weโ€™ve supported Pride in London with pro-bono campaigns to raise awareness of Europeโ€™s biggest event celebrating LGBTQIA+ rights.
