We tipped along to the PR Week Awards and came away with a remarkable five trophies for the work and one as Agency of the Year

It’s always nice when PR Week announce that you’re “leading the way” at their annual awards.

We were utterly made-up to find ourselves on the shortlists no fewer than eight times this year with a whole host of different work in contention.

As it turned out on the big night (and it was quite a big night), we came away with six trophies.

Happily we were named Agency of the Year by the awards judges. A massive accolade to the agency that is now the ripe old age of 13 and still delivering rock-solid work and always striving to be a great place to work.

As they put it themselves, “Our judges think so too, stating: โ€œHope&Glory does so much right. Great work, a great culture and a thriving business that doesn’t sit on past successes. It boasts a really impressive client list and growth figures along with a first-class employee experience, which makes this agency compellingโ€.

Meantime, our run-away most-successful campaign on this year’s shortlists is our work for Trainline, partnering them with Missing People to deliver alerts direct into the app. The campaign once again cleaned-up with wins for Best Travel Campaign, Best Transport Campaign and was highly commended for both Best Tech Campaign and Best Social Purpose Campaign.

There’re lots of reasons why we’re really rather proud of it. Not least that we’d helped ten families reunite as a result of the campaign – so there was a very real social benefit of the work.

What’s more, our work for the V&A – “If you’re into it, it’s in the V&A” – also picked up a trophy – for Best Culture Campaign. We recruited a suite of special advisors on modern pop culture to the V&A including, infamously a Taylor Swift Advisor. The story went global, landed acres of coverage and, most importantly, brought more and younger people to see the museum’s permanent connection.
