Winning the Best Agency to Work for trophy thanks to PR Week has made it a hat-trick for the Hope&Glory team

This year we’ve been challenged to be a great place to work. For our culture, our policies and the challenge that we offer our team. And we’re over-the-moon to have found that the focus placed on achieving those three things has been recognised relative to our peers across the industry.

We’ve entered three Best Workplace awards over the last six months or so and were over-joyed to have won.

This one has been run by PR Week and we were named the Best Mid-sized Agency to work for in the UK (as well as picking up silverware for our Internship and Apprenticeships schemes and a commendation for our work in diversity and inclusivity).

Our ambition has always been that Hope&Glory is a great place to work that also delivers great work for its clients. While it’s often hard to tell whether we’re living up to that ambition, it’s awards like this – which involve extensive feedback from our own team – that reassure us that while we can always to more, we’re heading in the right direction.
