Sony celebrates a starry, starry night as the clocks change and the darkness draws in across Britain

Jeeze, this has been a busy couple of weeks.

Our latest piece of work for Sony (in and amongst the Bubbles ad launch and an Eagle flying from the Eiffel Tower and with more to come this weekend), was a partnership with photographer Andrew Whyte.

To mark the changing of the clocks, we got him to explore some of the country’s best Dark Skies sites – mostly in and around the Lakes.

Thanks to some stunning shots, created to promote the really quite remarkable Sony Alpha A7S camera, we landed some top-class coverage of the images of the stars above Britain as the nights start to draw in.

With a stand-out picture gallery (complete with brand messaging in abundance) on the Daily Express, we also scooped belters with PA (leading to Wales Online, SWEP). When it came to the snapper specialist sites, we bagged Amateur Photographer, Daily Photography News, TrendHunter, ePhotozine and msn.

What a team of stars.
