The Courvoisier team has been busy celebrating an exciting, summer themed reunion with British Nigerian Artist Yinka Ilori, featuring a limited-edition Courvoisier VSOP bottle.
Ilori, the artist, designer and storyteller, returned as Courvoisierโs โAmbassador of Joyโ for the second year to reimagine the cognac experience and help spread happiness, togetherness and create joyful memories – all values championed by the brand.
Internationally known for his bold, vibrant designs, Maison Courvoisier first commissioned Ilori in 2022 to lead the cognac house on a journey to honour its heritage while embracing the future.
Available in four unique ombrรฉ colours and with only 400 units available exclusively at Selfridges, the bottle was designed to reflect and embody the beauty and nature of Jarnac, the home of Courvoisier.
To celebrate the launch, the team helped bring to life a vibrant pop-up bar in Selfridges’ “Wonder Room”, hosting a buzz-worthy party attracting names such as Ella Eyre, Amy Jackson and Henry Holland.
Consumers were invited to visit the pop up, open for a month, and try one of three bespoke cocktails, each paired with a bold confectionery creation.
With scores of pieces of coverage to date including the likes of Evening Standard, Time Out, Elite Traveller, Daily Mail, and a cracker of an interview on Dezeen (amongst others) – it’s been smiles all round as we tied-up the summer months.
